Non-Woven Polishing wheels are made by compressing layers of nylon fibres impregnated with synthetic abrasive grains to obtain wheels of different densities and hardness.So the wheels were used from the simple operation of cleaning to deburring,the use is very wide.These wheels are much more economical,do not have cores and can be screwed on to polishing machines with taper thread spindles.
Diameter from 6'/150mm to 16'/400mm,thickness from 1'/25mm to 2'/50mm.Density from 2P to 12P.
They also can be supplied in required diameter,thickness,bore and density.
Normal Sizes:
6' x 1' and 6' x 2' 5P, 7P, 9P
8' x 1' and 8' x 2' 5P, 7P, 9P
