Our company is specialized to project and to construct equipments for working abrasives. Our products are made using the most suitable hard metal to satisfy our customers requirements. The moulding rings of the moles and of the abrasive wheels totally take the place of the particulars produced with steel in this moment, and those of last generation with chromium covering too.
Our particulars are perfectly compatible with the press using the steel rings, without any technique device. Benefits derive from the very high hardness of our product, from the internal finishing that favours a good slip of the abrasive material, avoiding any seizing, but above all, from the lenght that assures no wasting of time due to the need to stop the machinery to change the rings.
Tests on the production of ...abrasive wheels have pointed out a duration of our product 15 times higher than this of traditional wheels made of steel and steel-chromium (3.000 wheels thickness 1.2 2.0 2.4 produced with traditional wheel vs. 48.000 produced with hard metal rings).
The same can be said for our hard metal pins. Results, compared to those of a steel pin, show a 15 times higher duration (1.000 pieces produced with a steel pin vs. 17.000 produced with an hard metal pin).
