For our MPR Series micron powders, particle sizes distribution (PSD) control and oversized particle control are the most important aspects we paid attention to. For abrasives for resin bond, the moderate or higher friability is required. By controlling quality of the diamond grits which are used to produce MPR Series micron powders, we could provide our customers with consistent products.

Derived from very friable resin bond diamond grits-RBD B, the product is of very good free-cutting ability. The abrasive is ideal for grinding tungsten carbide and ceramics.
