RBD SeriesOur RBD Series is designed for resin and vitrified bond systems. There are four products available, including RBD H, RBD G, RBD and RBD B. All the products are in polycrystalline form. With higher friability, these products worked well in resin bond system.
RBD G,Equivalent to DI's RVG and E6's PDA311
RBD G is typical diamond powder in polycrystalline form. Irregularity enhances bond retention. Moderate friability makes the product suitable for most resin bond tools.
The sizes of RBD G are from 60/80 to 400/500 meshes, nickel and copper coatings are available, the coatings are not only applied to resin bon, but also to metal bond.
